Silver Vintage Scarab Pendant

The scarab beetle is a very powerful Egyptian symbol depicting the Egyptian god Khepri who represents the rising sun. We often observe the scarab holding a circle which is the rising sun in a hieroglyphic form or a form of amulets. It is a symbol of new beginnings, birth, resurrection as ancient Egyptians believed that sun dies every night when it sets in the sky and gets born each morning again. This symbolism and archetype of Khepri allows us to connect with a new version of ourselves each morning we wake up and step into our Creator Consciousness.

Made from 925 Sterling Silver in Egypt, the Scarab ring features a very old and raw Egyptian craftsmenship. It is fully hallmarked with makers stamps from Cairo, Egypt and originates from around early 1980s.
