Returns & Refunds

Aldebaran accepts refunds in the unlikely event of the parcel or an item arriving damaged. Please, contact us either via the contact form on the website or email us at hello@aldebaranamulets.com as soon after the arrival as possible, and let us know about the situation.

All items must be sent within the next 5 business days and the tracking number must be submitted so we can easily locate your parcel. Once we receive it back, Store Credit will be credited into your Aldebaran account so you can use it for an exchange or a purchase of another item.

Custom Sourced items are non-eligible for a refund or a return, as they have been specifically sourced for your needs.
