We're looking for a trustworthy, organised and creatively minded individual to join our growing independent jewellery brand as our Australian Operations Coordinator.
Australian Operations Coordinator

This is a unique, home-based position that combines organisation, jewellery handling, customer order fulfilment and, potentially creative content creation. We are looking for someone who feels a genuine connection to the world of Aldebaran Amulets and would take pride in being the guardian of our Australian collection.
You will be our trusted presence in Australia, ensuring that every piece is beautifully cared for and thoughtfully prepared before beginning its journey to its new owner.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, securely storing and organising our jewellery inventory and packaging materials in a suitable space within your home.
Preparing and beautifully packaging customer orders with care and attention to detail.
Dispatching orders throughout Australia and internationally, generally once a week, with occasional additional dispatches when needed.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and communicating stock movements.
Coordinating with our founder to ensure Australian operations run smoothly.
Occasionally assisting with simple jewellery photography, Instagram Stories or behind-the-scenes content, if this is something you enjoy.

An eye for photography, styling or social media content would be a beautiful bonus, but it is not essential.
Above all, we're looking for someone who will approach the role with care, integrity and a sense of ownership.
A little more about the position:
This is a flexible role designed to fit around other commitments.
Our Australian operations currently involve dispatches typically organised once a week, but potentially more depending on the season. The workload is modest, although it may fluctuate as the business grows and experiences different commercial nature.
We hope to find someone who will not only enjoy the role as it exists today, but who will be excited to grow with Aldebaran as new opportunities unfold.

Working arrangement: Home-based, flexible part-time
